DAD’S RAP

the tv lies to ya and its accepted

we teach mediocrity as the norm

politicians lie to ya and its expected

we give our kids trophies even though they rarely perform

who’s the liar now?

 

billions of dollars the media does make

and what do they do with it but add to the pile

They can build you up just don’t show ’em your mistake

the Stars and the Athletes are almost as vile

who’s the liar now?

 

religions no better be it muslim or jew

and dont forget all those crazy christians as well

they all kill each other in the name of who?

the others remaining almost as bad but i’d rather not dwell

who’s the liar now?

 

 

i don’t wear those rose coloured glasses

i see the waste and destruction of U.S. Corporate greed

i don’t see China doin’ any better the dumb Communist asses

i wanna know who’s gonna be the one to plant the seed

who’s not lying  now?
